SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

How We Do It

As knights of our fellowship, we bare an oath to provide the best messenger experience to deliver your products. Here is a run-down of our process:

We are currently only shipping to Canada and the US
 

We currently ship using regular postal service.
 

Orders are processed and shipped between 3-5 business days.
 

The estimated time of arrival and cost is to be determined based on the order destination. (5-7 business days delivery estimate)
 

US customers may be subject to paying customs fees.

RETURNS, REFUNDs & DAMAGED/FAULTY ITEMS

Everything You Need to Know

Return Policy:
In case of dissatisfaction with the product, we will accept returns within 30 business days of receiving your order.

 

To be eligible for a return, please email one of our squires at thenoblemane.info@gmail.com before shipping your item.

 

A period of 5-10 business days may be needed to review your case. Upon approval of the case in question, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive credit within a minimum of 7-14 business days. 
 

The item must be new or reasonably used and should be returned in the same condition as received with the original packaging.
 

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
 

Damaged or Faulty Items:
In the case of receiving a damaged or faulty item, we apologize for the occurrence. Here is what should be done to help us make it right;

Include clear photos of the damage or default with our brand logo on the product.
 

Include your name, contact info, and order info in the email.
 

Include a short description of the item and issue.
 

We will get back to you within 5-7 business days to make sure we can make it right. (Don't worry about returning the damaged/faulty items.)

BEARD CARE AT THE NOBLEMANE

Directions for Use:

For external use only. Do not use if allergic to the ingredients listed in the product descriptions. Stop use if signs of allergy or skin conditions appear and/or worsen, consult a doctor.
 

Apply 2-3 drops of the oil per side of the face. A pea-sized amount of balm can be used for the entire beard.

 

Gently massage oil and/or balm onto the skin or beard.

 

These products serve to keep skin hydrated against dry skin, keep the hair strands moist from brittleness and breakages, and keep a healthy look.
